The Optima Hotel in Odesa offers two halls for business events: the conference hall "Large Hall" and the meeting room "Odesa".
Large Hall conference hall is equipped with modern facilities for business meetings and conferences. The hall is designed for 90 people with theatre seating. The rental price includes: mixer, sound system, projector, clicker, screen, flipchart, speakers, microphone.
The Odesa meeting room is ideal for smaller gatherings or meetings, providing comfortable accommodation for up to 30 guests in a theatre-style layout. The cosy atmosphere in this room promotes concentration and productivity, providing an effective working environment. The rental price also includes the necessary equipment for negotiations.

Room price includes accommodation of your choice, buffet breakfast, Wi-Fi, and taxes (except for tourist tax). From February 1, 2019, the local council established a tourist tax rate of 0,5% for residents (domestic tourism) and 0,5% or 1,5% for non-residents (inbound tourism) of the minimum wage, depending on the price of a hotel room, established by law for January 1 of the reporting year for one person for each day of temporary accommodation of a person at the hotel.
Children up to 5 years are allowed to stay with their parents for free, with no extra beds provided.
The cost of acommodation of children over 5 years old and adults on an extra bed is 350 UAH (without breakfast), 490 UAH (+ breakfast).
